Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
cl. will provide you with a store credit on full-priced items where:
+ the items are a standard size , in original sale-able condition & with their original packaging and all tags attached
+ the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
+ you notify us about the return within 1 day of receiving the order
cl. will provide you with a full refund on full-priced items where:
+ the items are proven to be faulty (unless caused by you)
please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE or special-make goods. Return freight is at your own cost
+ Notify us of your return by emailing carolinelawrencedesign@gmail.com
+ please include in the email your customer name and address and which item(s) you would like to return
Upon receipt of returned garments ( they should be sent as soon as possible) we will administer the credit or full refund to your bank
EXCHANGES
cl. will provide you with an exchange on full-priced items where:
+ the items are a standard size & in original sale-able condition with their original packaging and all tags attached
+ the items have not been worn, damaged or washed
+ you notify us about the exchange within 1 day of receiving the order
+ the items are faulty (unless caused by you)
please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE goods.
+ Notify us of your exchange by emailing carolinelawrencedesign@gmail.com
+ please include in the email your customer name and address and which item(s) you would like the exchange for.
+ We will advise if the item to be exchanged is available ( some styles are limited )
Upon receipt of returned garments ( they should be sent as soon as possible) we will transfer any difference in price to your bank or request for you to do the same , if required, and send your new updated purchase.

Once we have received your return or exchange , we will notify you by email and process your store credit/refund/exchange within 5 business days.
Returns/exchanges are processed on a Friday each week (please allow 1-2 business days for your refund to show in your account)
Return shipping must be via tracked courier to ensure safe and documented delivery otherwise the loss of the parcel is at your own cost
